1.  62ndWORDS.com makes no guarantee of the sale of any submitted materials.

1.A.  62ndWORDS.com reserves the right at all times to refuse any material for any reason.

2.  62ndWORDS.com is not liable for any use of material after purchase.

3.  The prices per unit are as follows:

     An individual download of one cut will cost 50¢, with a .05¢ royalty (ten percent), being paid to the author.

     A complete CD will cost $5.00, with $1.00 royalty (twenty percent) being paid to the author.

4.  Royalties that exceed $20.00 or more, will be paid quarterly.  All accounts settled yearly.

5.  62ndWORDS.com will not be liable or responsible for any taxes due on royalties paid or unpaid.  Taxes are the sole responsibility of the author.  

6.  All material submitted is original and formally copyrighted.

7.  CD’s containing music will not be accepted.

7A.  CD’s promoting abuse of people, animals or groups will not be accepted.

8.  62ndWORDS.com is not liable or responsible for the return of damaged or defective CD’s.        

9.  Accepted CD’s will become the property of 62ndWORDS.com.

10.  CD’s that are featured are done so solely at the discretion of 62ndWORDS.com.

11.  The Author retains all rights to market their CD in any place of their choosing.

12.  The Author retains the right to withdraw any submitted material at any time.  Said request for withdrawal must be in writing.  Should withdrawal occur, there will be a settlement/accounting of all royalties due and owing within 30 days from date of withdrawal.

I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the conditions set forth in this Legal Release.

cualquier materia para cualquier razón. 

2. 62ndWORDS.com No es responsable de ningún uso de materia 

después de compra. 

3. Los precios por unidad son así: Una descarga individual de un 

corte costará 50¢, con un. 05¢ la realeza (el diez por ciento), para 

ser pagado al autor. 

Un CD completo costará $5,00, con $1,00 realeza (el veinte por 

ciento) ser pagado al autor. 

4. Las realezas que exceden $20,00 o más, serán pagadas 

trimestral. Todas cuentas se asentaron anualmente. 

5. 62ndWORDS.com No será responsable ni responsable de 

impuesto debido en realezas pagadas ni impagadas. Los 

impuestos son la única responsabilidad del autor. 

6. Toda materia sometida es original y formalmente registrada en el 

registro de la propiedad literaria. 

7. El contener de CD música no será aceptada. 

7A. El promover de CD abuso de personas, los animales o los 

grupos no serán aceptados. 

8. 62ndWORDS.com No es responsable ni responsable del 

regreso de CD dañado ni defectuoso. 

9. CD aceptado llegará a ser la propiedad de 62ndWORDS.com. 

10. CD que son representados son hechos así únicamente a 

voluntad de 62ndWORDS.com. 

11. El Autor retiene para vender bien su CD en cualquier lugar de 

su escoger. 

12. El Autor retiene el derecho de retirar materia sometida en 

tiempo. Dijo que petición para la retirada debe estar en la escritura. 

Debe retirada ocurre, habrá un arreglo/dando cuenta de todas 

realezas debidas y debiendo dentro de 30 días de la fecha de 

retirada. 

Yo, el abajofirmante, comprende y acepta el conjunto de 

condiciones adelante en esta Liberación Legal.
